The Holiday Hotline is a 1-800 number that welcomes people to call throughout December to share a little holiday cheer. When you call the number you are given two options: one, you can hear a series of messages left by fellow callers, or two, you can leave a message that gets played for fellow callers.
This year was a prototype and posters were kept very basic as to collect learnings about how the advertising can include or exclude populations. A broader launch is planned for December 2021.
